Puzzle Palace is a palace near the Volcano. It is perched on the top of the hill which has a path leading down to Sludge Street. It is the main place in Monstro City to earn Rox. There is 3 things you can do there, you can earn Rox once a day in the Daily Challenge, you can play loads of different games in the Hall of Puzzles and a new feature added in December 2011 now allows you to play against another monster.
